ARE MY DETAILS SECURE WITH YOU?
Our website is built on a platform that is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and we do not store your credit card details. It protects your data and ours at all times.


WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex along with PayPal.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. (Monday to Friday only). Please allow additional time where Public Holidays occur.



CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your purchase has been completed and shipping has been arranged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also opt-in to SMS tracking. 


DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY? 

Yes, we do. All orders over $75 are delivered free of charge on standard shipping.


CAN I HAVE MY ORDER TO ME FASTER?
Yes, we can arrange a courier or express post for a flat rate of $20.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you've received a faulty item in transit, then yes. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind and ask for hygiene and safety purposes that your purchase remains unopened and unused. 

To initiate the return process, we kindly ask that you make contact with us within 7 days of delivery via email: hello@goddessofeden.com.au to initiate the return. 

Once approved, you will need to forward your goods in a reply paid package to:
